Shipping and returns

Delivery time & shipping costs
We will deliver your order as soon as possible.
When we have received the payment we will immediately pack the order and hand it over to the courier service (DHL or GLS).

Return
You may want to return an order. Returning products can be done within 14 days after delivery. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Shipping costs are at your own expense. The product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than it takes to try the product, we can pass on this impairment of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged at a return.

Do you want to exchange your product? That’s not a problem at all.
