What can you expect from our installation

To be able to carry out an installation, we need to have access to a freely accessible area which contains

2 sockets with 220 volt alternating current. Without cameras, 1 power outlet is sufficient
Internet router with 2 free ports (RJ45 connection). Without cameras, 1 free port is sufficient
Stable internet connection of at least 12 megabits if you also want cameras installed.
The Hikvision alarm system alone only requires 3 megabit internet speed.

If the above is not present, and this is not mentioned in advance to our technicians, extra costs will be charged.

Our installation area

A full installation can be outsourced to us up to approximately 300 km from Torrevieja / Alicante.

What if you live outside our installation area

We sell most alarm systems online, because Hikvision AX PRO is made to be installed completely independently. Most people install the system themselves.

If you prefer us to install it for you, we can help you in a different way. Without visiting your premises, we can prepare all products for installation and create a Hikvision account on your smartphone. All products are already logged in to the Hikvision Hub upon arrival, and you only need to mount the products at the specified location with the supplied screws.

We always note on the packaging of the product which location it is intended for, and which name it bears in the application. If you download the Hikvision application onto your smartphone and log in with the data we have provided, we will make you “administrator” under your own email address, and you will be the owner of the alarm system from then on. This extra service is free of charge.

Mounting the products / detectors on the wall is very easy with 2 or 4 screws. These screws are included with all products, as well as plugs for mounting on a brick wall.

Payment

You can pay in two ways:

• In cash after completion of the installation work
• Before the start of the installation by means of bank transfer

The full amount must always be paid immediately after the work is completed.
