By standard, your system is wired to your fixed internet connection. In case of a power failure or loss of your internet connection, you will only receive a notification on your smartphone of this failure, and not of any subsequent intrusion attempt!
So you don’t know the cause of the power failure. Or that the power is temporarily gone for a while and restores itself, or that thieves deliberately sabotage your home.
Increasingly, we hear around us that burglars de-energise the house before their burglary attempt in order to sabotage the alarm system.
(But of course, especially in Spain, it can sometimes happen that the power goes out for inexplicable reasons).

With an additional internet connection that works independently of your power or fixed internet, real burglary alerts do always arrive directly on your smartphone. A data SIM card for the system’s central unit provides an additional connection to the Cloud so that all alerts are always received.
Payment is once a year, and will be made by direct debit every year until your cancellation.
