• Instant response to all your questions, both via e-mail and Whatsapp.
• Software adjustments if required.
• Changing batteries if required (excluding battery price á € 4,- per battery, Duracell CR123A)
• While changing batteries, we can provide the detectors with a software update if a newer version has been released.
• Perform software updates for the Hub (control centre).
• Defective products are replaced and installed on site quickly and free of charge during the warranty period.
• Defective products are quickly replaced and installed on site after the warranty period, you only pay the cost of the product to be replaced.
• There are no travel or call-out charges.
• Maximum 1 on-site visit per year for battery change.
• No maximum number of visits for defects/fault resolution.

A service agreement can only be concluded in combination with a SIM card via us.

• Payment is once a year and is made by direct debit every year until your cancellation.
• We schedule on-site service in combination with another installation nearby.
